Dr. Fong Liu is MD psychiatrist, currently she is the Unit Chief at Second Chance program, New York Presbyterian Westchester Division Campus. She is also the previous unit chief at Asian Program New York Presbyterian Gracie Square Hospital.

Yuyuan (Yu Yu) Zheng, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University with an emphasis in mental health and medical social work. She has served as the Director of Healthier Integrated Care Services at Excelsior Integrated Medical Group, one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in New York.
